Shayla Copas entered the world of marketing and public relations in 2014 when she worked with Baldwin & Shell Construction Company to establish their marketing department. She has managed the Baldwin & Shell account for the last six years and now is over their Marketing Strategy and Public Relations for the company. Since 2014 Shayla’s marketing strategy has played a role in taking the company from $80 million in annual revenue to over $300 million.
In addition, Shayla is the principal designer at Shayla Copas Interiors. Over the last 20 plus years, Shayla has developed the SCI brand to include: Interior Design, Licensed Product Design, Public Speaking, Event Design, Lifestyle Influencing, and Brand Ambassadorships. Shayla released her first book with Schiffer Publishing in 2019. “Four Season’s of Entertaining” has been a best seller in multiple categories on Amazon due to Shayla’s marketing strategy efforts.
